Only issue I found was trying to get the lock off the lockbox to access the key for the truck. Just really wasnt enough room for my fingers to dial in the code on the lock without moving the previous letter with the way the locks are on the lock box. Other than that had a great experience.

Dustin BI know problems happen and luckily there was someone to help but the keys to the rental truck were in the wrong box so could have been bad if The attendant had not been there. And the charges went up to around 185. Not sure how a $20 dollar rental could go up that much. Was not a great experience.
