Picking up this U-Haul was stressed, nobody could tell us for almost an hour how to locate the key, had to call and figure out a code, waited awhile on that, before that we got switched to 3 different locations. Super unprofessional, was suppose to be an easy pick up but added to the stress we were already dealing with with moving. Will not be recommending this to anyone.
