Nothing. Store associate was friendly and helpful. Easy pickup and drop off. Didn’t know this location existed. Convenient to where I live and a great little convenient store to boot.

Horacio EWhen the customer (me) has to move trucks so I can get to the trailer because the hookah shop worker doesn't know how to drive a box truck... This is a U Haul rental facility fronting as a head shop. Did I mention slow?
Mason SThe pick up location was small, difficult to pull out of with a trailer, the customer service was poor and their was trash inside and on the outside of the trailer.
Holly LOnly complaint I had where I dropped off is very limited space to park the truck. It worked but I had to ask someone hanging out at the store to move their vehicle
