My entire encounter was very pleasant and everything was explained to me as far as what to expect since I hadn't rented a U-Haul in a very very long time. Everybody was polite and I really appreciated that.

BAMBI BThey open at 8:00 a.m. and the guy that normally runs the store I guess, he showed up around 8:45 a.m. The fuel was almost on empty, and when I opened the truck to begin putting boxes and other items that we're going to be moved to a new location, the back of the truck was dirty and no one cleaned it out! Additionally, the windshield wiper fluid was empty as well. Not a good experience!
