Was hard to identify truck. I sit in a diffrent one first and when I tried to read the miles to record it, I couldn't turn key, I realized I was in a different truck🤣🤣🤣 . I found right one after that.. got a good laugh...but the whole app check in was excellent.. easy... ðŸ'ðŸ'ðŸ'ðŸ'

The owner is very nice and accommodating, but in this day and age of COVID, neither he nor his worker were masked at all! Had I not been under the gun, I would have gone elsewhere. I didn't even see either one of their masks nearby! Also the space in the location is tight. They should be allowing only one or two people in the store at one time. I will not be using this location again until after the pandemic.

First let me say I usually do not do any surveys. I figure you get plenty of complaints from people, I am not sure how often people take the time to let you know about the positive thing. This was my second time renting from this location. Over the past several years I have occasionally rented cargo vans from Enterprise, 3 - 4 times a year. I have had very good experience with them. Recently, I had difficulty renting a cargo van with them. Due to covid it was related they have regionalized their commercial offerings. The people involved were very nice and professional, they just did not have the equipment. So knowing the Bicycle Rack had U-Haul, I stopped by to look into a rental. I have been skeptical of U-Haul due to the low daily fee, expecting high mileage cost or other hidden fees. However, I decided to stop by and check it out for myself. I spoke with the owner of the shop. He was polite, and very patient with my questions. In a few minutes he had explained the entire process and put me at ease. The first rental went smoother than any of my previous rentals- including high volume airport car rentals. The entire process was smooth and transparent. The cost was comparative to my prior rentals, but I am happy to pay a bit more this type of customer service. It went so well, I told the owner, "I will be back here first next time I need a truck". A few weeks later I did. I utilized the online system for my reservation. Since I had recently had a reservation changed by another company from cargo van to open bed pick up truck, I was anxious trusting the online reservation. I happened to be in the area, so I dropped in to the Bicycle Rack to say hello and just check on the reservation. The owner checked his system and assured me everything looked great and was looking forward to seeing me. Yes, this rental went very well also. I will be going back to this location next time. My point is, I was happy with a competing company. I did not try U-Haul because I was desperate or mad at another company. It was due to covid complications. But the owner of this location has earned my business. I have already recommended his location twice and intend to use them again for any future rentals. In direct response to, What can we improve for the next customer? I would say cost is the only area you can improve on. I am very happy with the service and equipment I received for the cost. But, "for the next customer", many people are driven by cost only and do not take the time to do the math with mileage to compare apples to apples. I personally was sold on the location and the service. The equipment and cost are secondary for my needs. Thank you if you have taken the time to read this entire rambling. - Your satisfied customer

The only thing I saw in my vehicle that needs repair was the rear door lock/unlock mechanism. You couldn't lock or unlock from the rear of the truck. Other than that, all was great

North Brunswick was able to find me a 5x8 and arranged pickup at the Bicycle Rack. Although NB had ordered a 5x8, it came through as 4x8. The Bike Rack was able to correct it and give me a 5x8.
