I was very disappointed in the online reservation system that allowed my to reserve from this location but then changed my pick up location twice (to somewhere 20 miles away)! Ended up going to the location and renting directly from them, without any issues!! why have an online option / app if it doesn't work? you almost lost my business.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPick up was a breeze and the business owner was cheerful and friendly. Would definitely do business with him again!
Crystal MIt would have been nice to not have to drive 45 minutes for the pickup. Can’t believe that was the only truck available within 50 miles.
Paul EI only had issues with the app. It was my first time renting. I figured it out. I would recommend first time customers pick up in person
Christopher POwner was respectful and very helpful. Anyone who lives in the nearby area should rent a Uhaul from Michaels Autobody LLC.
