I had scheduled my Uhaul in the same town I live in AND a 20 foot.. They called 3 days before moving day.. Stating I had to drive to 35 miles away to get the truck AND it would be only a 15 foot. Huge inconvenience for me! Then when we picked up the truck, we got zero instructions how to get the truck. No code, No key, etc... Very poor communication with everyone.

Codi RYou didn’t have the U-Haul that we needed available and had already reserved. I had to drive all the way to Hillsboro to get another one and everyone acted like it was my problem. You guys stink.
