I reserved the trailer weeks in advance to pick up in the town where I live. However a day before pickup I was notified I'd have to drive 90 miles to get the trailer in another town and there was no discount or gas reimbursement. UHaul knew I needed the trailer.

Hands down the best customer service, facility, and overall experience I've ever had from a U-haul dealer. I've used U-haul at least 20 times in the last 10 years and this was THE best experience.
