Dolly rental was not provided and charged, disputed charge and they will not void. Returned completely cleaned and with 1/8 gas then picked up and they charged for additional cleaning fee. No in person support and sketchy area. Would not recommend.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had set it up originally to drop off three blocks from our main location and just before we left, we had to pivot and take it all the way into Hillsboro. there was no one to greet us or direct us or guide us. However, a nice gentleman came on a speaker and was talking to us through a camera to tell us how to go about all this. The whole entire experience was very unfortunate.
Leah HCell Service was pretty sketchy and made for checking in very difficult.
Justin EBetter computer system?
Erik JU-Haul had horrible water leak inside, these trucks are not properly checked in after rentals.
