I was supposed to do in person check in and the doors were locked. The whole thing from the beginning was a hassle, having to drive an hour out of my way to pick it up. I find it hard to believe that of all the neighboring areas it was the only place available with what I needed. Not to mention there was no gas in it when I turned the truck on. That was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, you rent a vehicle and you fill it up.
