Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen I made the reservation through the u haul mainline, the employee david told me to take a picture of the mileage and gas before handing in the keys to the rental for proof of both upon return to prevent being overcharged. When I picked up the rental from keene new hampshire , they also recommended that I do the same because it was a common problem at the hinsdale location. This is the third rental that I have returned and was charged in extra day even though I only had the truck for thirteen hours. My reservation was for a twenty four hour period.
Deidra LThe drop off was easy.
Tiequa FThe best customer service. Worked with me and let me keep the Uhaul longer because things kept going wrong. It was just perfect. No notes. Thank you.
David wTop of truck had 4 inches of ice and snow that had to be removed for safety reasons and State law. Interior of cab was not clean. Engine light was on and flashing.
