The owner - I don’t know how to spell his name but it starts with an s- he was absolutely phenomenal! He was wonderful from the very first time I called a few days prior to pickup! He was extremely well organized and amazing to work with! He had a wonderful attitude the whole way through the rental! Beginning to end! There was a slight hiccup with the rental truck itself but he was very quick to respond and take care of the issue with kindness!!! I’d definitely rent from him again!!!

Jonathan SMy drop off in Chattanooga was, as usual, friendly and professional.
CHRISTOPHER BThe representative was not done with his computer work when we picked up the trailer. We spent a good hour with him over the phone and had to keep repeating the information. He sent some homeless person high on drugs over on a bike to make sure we didn't just take the trailer and would not take my preferred drop off location but instead gave me a drop off location I did not want. I repeated my preferred drop off location to him at least 3 times and gave the address and phone number written down to his homeless, high, representative who was taking pictures for him and complaining to us that other people there were trying to steal his bike. This whole experience was unpleasant and highly unprofessional.
Deborah KAron was pleasant and helpful.
