I came in earlier than anticipated and they were super helpful even while the store was closed. Great service!

ASHLEY MThis location was easy to find and the process was quick. Upon returning I was told I’d get an emailed receipt and be charged accordingly. I left and was over charged. I had to call back the store to get this issued resolved. I was “accidentally” charged additional $120 for a damaged/missing , in which I rented a dolly that I returned. Hayley did get this issue resolved and I appreciate it. Moving forward , I feel as if the team member should’ve done a walkthrough of the truck before and after rental and I also hold myself accountable for not asking for these services too.
Brittany THaley was so polite and helpful and very welcoming!
Sarah LService at this location was excellent. The young man there took good care of me.
