The trucks were pretty beat up but otherwise fine.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey completely charged me for 2 extra days like if I put an extra 140 miles on the vehicle when I have pictures of the time I picked up vehicle as well as the time of drop off. I called the location for help and she said she can’t help me and the doors are locked so good luck. Honestly really unprofessional they should not even have access to renting uhauls because they are obviously running some type of scam and when I mentioned that she becomes defensive saying she didn’t rent me the rental and she can’t see none of my information. I will never rent from that U-Haul again. Thank god I got the insurance because who knows what they would have said I legit had the rental less than 5 hours. I have never in my whole life dealt with something like that and she seriously needs to be reprimanded because even though they might be closed now i will be there first thing in the morning to see if she still has that same tone of voice.
Eric AThe girl that attendant was very nice, the location is perfect. But I was charged for gas that was not my responsibility . I have pic of how I received it and how I returned it . I actually returned it more then how I received it and I got charged extra. You Can't get a hold of anyone over the phone for correction and the smell in the location is not professional
Iszol OI was charged for gas and refuel charge though I returned it at the indicated amount. When I returned to the location an hour after returning it, the gentleman took no accountability. We went to the vehicle and verified that it was at the same amount that it was given to me and not the amount he had marked. Didnt even get a simple apology for the misunderstanding. He just told me that I had to call it in the next day.
