Great experience. The owner holed up the trailer and met up on return. Great location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBrenda was very helpful and friendly. We brought the trailer back after there normal business hours, she made arrangements for us to be able to drop off the trailer anyway.
brent rNothing! The staff and equipment at this location in Holt, MO were top notch!
Jessy JI arrived without prior reservation. They had necessary trailer for me. However, when they put in order into system, the system was automatically adding a dolly and blankets, which were not needed. The lady could not figure out how to remove them. This was either a system issue that needs remedied or training issue, both are on U-Haul to fix.
WILLIAM LThe guy was very pleasant and helpful.
