It was Sunday property was roped off; no way into parking lot. I called and they came right over to unlatch the rope across the drive and then drove off. We parked the trailer took the pics and closed the rope gate. They were not aware they had a drop off scheduled.

Great customer service. The lady is very nice.
mike bI had a 4 pm pick up scheduled arrived at 3:45 pm. The person in charge of renting the equipment was not there. The person who was there wanted to take a picture of my DL and CC with his personal phone to send to the person responsible for renting the U-Hauls.
Robert PRental person was not at the facility and was trying to talk to her on the phone. Apparently, lessors cell service was very poor and was unable to communicate after several several attempts. Truck was very clean in cab, but box was dirty and had minimal trash in it. Was unable to download and complete truck info from text link that was sent to my cell phone. Had to pick up truck 20 miles north of location I was told I would be picking up from. Charges were way more than what the website showed they would be. TERRIBLE UHAUL EXPERIENCE......
