The Kansas City locations should not be trying to dictate where people have to pick up in central Kansas. I also don’t agree with a truck shortage. I’m told uhaul doesn’t move vehicles from site to site, but apparently they all got moved south for the hurricanes. If that is how you want to work it and people in the areas trucks were taken from have to drive excessive miles to pick up a truck, you need to wave the mileage to and from that location and only charge what mileage they would have had from the local dealer. Nick was easy to work with, as is the Ellsworth location, but there is no reason that Salina or kc should have been involved.
