Worst experience ever. Will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. Will warn everyone to do business with other companies. Your customer service rep named "Toy" in Arkansas should be fired. Your company lied about availability and overcharged us by way of us having to travel further to pick up a larger than needed vehicle resulting in us having to stop at weigh stations in 3 states! And no tie downs available at the location for rent or sale. We had to purchase tie downs. And your customer service rep refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor! One bad experience after another! We had to wait outside in the heat for 25 minutes for the person to show up with 3 other customers all waiting for their rentals because the person left mid day.

Jesus OI called days ahead to reserve a 10' box truck, one way to Springdale AR. Received a phone call confirming my reservation. Drove over 4 hours down there to be told my reservation was cancelled. They do not rent the 10' truck for one way trips; it has to stay local. I had to rent the 15'. I believe that is called bait and switch. I repeatedly told him I only needed truck for one day. He insisted that I had to rent it for 2. When I returned it, well before 24 hours had passed, I was told there would be no refund for the additional day.
