The location for pick-up was fine. The U-Haul itself was less than desirable. The truck shook violently going over 35 mph. The right rear brake smoked 3/4 into my trip. If was noted when I dropped it off the rear break line was leaking all over the tire. This issue was a catastrophe waiting to happen. U-Haul should maintain their fleet better for the safety of the driver and the public.

JEREMY VThe U-Haul was beat up. No body cleaned it before I got in it. I literally found peanut shells behind the seat. It started raining and I was getting wet with the windows closed. I didn’t want the travel blankets but got them any way. I wanted the furniture dolly and didn’t get it.
Brandi TI did not receive my receipt in my email like the message said I would once I put my card through.
Jacqueline BVery nice people with loads of information to answer all my questions. Will always use them if I need it.
