Drop off was easy. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
Tim HWe were having trouble with vibration & called the UHAUL #. Young lady found a place in Texarkana that checked both tires on the small trailer & put on new tires as they were old & separated. Thankful no accident!

William LThey over charged my bank account twice. They overcharged me for an extra day. I did call Uhaul and a customer rep walked me through the process and has assured me everything has been corrected but may not show for a few days.
