Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey didn’t have the truck I reserved. I had a email confirmation from U-Haul that said they would have a 10-foot truck at 623 Files Road, Hot Springs, on Monday, September 14th at 10:00 am. When I arrived, they only had a 15-for truck. I had to drive 22 miles (44 miles round trip) to another location to get the vehicle. It took three hours. Keaton Hollowell at the Files Road location and Megan at the Hot Springs Village location were incredibly helpful in getting me the correct size vehicle, but the entire process was exhausting. I have rented from the Files road location previously and the entire process took twenty minutes (without a reservation). This time, I had a confirmed reservation and it took nine times as long!
Kathryn CThe folks at New Frontier worked hard to accommodate my needs however, they are saddled with a poorly designed Uhaul software program interface that consumes a lot of their time.
Marjorie BThey take the money off of your card immediately and they don’t put it back right away
