My 9:00am pickup reservation was not fulfilled as expected. The lady at the location explained that her son handled U-Haul operations and would arrive in 30 minutes. However, he arrived 45 minutes later and was unprofessional. As a result, I missed the vehicle pickup and incurred losses of over $100, including $69 for the trailer and $50 in fuel. U-Haul must ensure that customers can collect their reservations at the scheduled time.

DONALD SIt’s not this location I should be reviewing. It the one off of Monach Dr in Houma that dropped the ball and didn’t lift a finger in helping the situation.
David BI rented a 5x8 closed trailer and The guy told me if I return it in 24 hours that I would get credited for the early return. I did not get credited.
