The initial reservation was not available at he reservation time., The windshield was not cleaned and Ifeel that the interior of the truck hadn't been swept out. the sun visor rod was broken off, I also let the agent know that when the brakes were applied at 50-60 MPH the steering wheel developed a coarse vibration, this suggested that maybe the brake disc had uneven wear.

You can give a 5 minute grace time for people running a little late
Campanella AWe had a reservation for a 26ft truck, and then were told the day we were to pick it up they didn't have it. We had people from out of town to help us move, so had to scramble to make other accommodations. Had to settle for smaller truck since we had no choice. Gave small discount, but didn't want to, and not enough to male up for the delay. On top of that, the serpentine belt broke while I was driving, due to lack of proper maintenance, which caused another 6 hour delay
