The cab of the truck had not been cleaned. There was dirt and gravel on the floor and trash under the seats. Otherwise the truck worked fine.

My experience was excellent!
Beverly P.I scheduled a drop off at Simple Man's BBQ which can be shown on my contract. We dropped it off Wednesday 11/16 at 8 pm. I then get a charge on 11/21 for $117 late fee. Apparently simple man's BBQ has closed and is no longer a uhaul place even though it's still listed online. I called the other location and they charged me a late fee because they didn't pick it up until 11/21. I'm supposed to get a call for my "refund" but haven't yet.
