I was double charged because of the app that is absolutely garbage and it took a hour just to check the truck back in.

The uhaul was fine. I don’t understand why I was charged the $99 for returning it before my 24 hour mark I was never told about getting paid by the mileage not once. So I would like to know if I can get that part of my money back?
Nathan ODidn’t have vehicle we reserved. Lied and said fuel was accurately fueled. Fuel fee was ridiculously over charged. Gave us another truck smaller than the one we order. Billed us for the bigger truck not the one that was given. Couldn’t return because they never updated in the app. No one was on site. Had to call the number to get someone to walk over. They check the smaller truck until like almost 2 days later.
