I was told that there would be no drop fee at another location. I got charge $198 anyway. U Haul should be disappointed for lying to there customers. I have been using U-Haul for years and always get scammed. I will never use or recommend U-Haul ever again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExcellent service, easy to pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend!
Christopher RI don't even think it's the location's fault. This is just a bizarre scenario that is an obvious cost-cutting measure wherein customer experience suffers. No code was given to the key box. The truck was parked behind multiple other trucks and I wasted almost an hour of my time and rental period waiting for basic functionality to take place.
Chris CInstructions lack clearance and Dropbox is hard to locate
Jose SYes, the original pick-up location, Lavish Living, failed to move my rental into the 24/7 app space and move the key to the drop box. This resulted in a 7am location change that was completely unnecessary. I spoke to someone at LL the day before to ensure the appt. was 24/7 as the location opened at 930am. He failed to complete that task fully. I will not recommend that spot to anyone.
