This was my first time renting a U-Haul and I want to thank you guys for making my move super easy and amazing. My experience was a 10/10 and I’ll definitely be returning.

Ravenna CNo one notified me that this is a self check in and self check out. Did not get the help i Needed from the management regarding the service . I have had a bad experience for renting the truck from the location and I will not do it again from that location.
