NEEDS TO BE PAINFULLY CLEAR THAT THIS IS A ROUND TRIP VEHICLE. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $260+ for not returning it. I made my reservation IN PERSON. And wasn't made aware. I feel like this is predatory I'm extremely disappointed. We were within the city and state and I had accidentally put twice as much gas in the tank. They made this issue and they benefit so they didn't care. I was hung up on the first time I called.

We encountered a couple of bumps but the guy was extremely helpful and we worked it out. Beware that this location is small and only has one size truck and no appliance dollies.

EMISAEL SI selected a location not even 3 miles from my home address. I was notified a 2 days before my rental, that I booked a week in advance, there was no availability at my selected location and that I would need to pickup the uhaul 21 miles from my desired pickup location. Already, that is absurd. This was in Houston TX. I passed easily 5 uhauls between my desired location pickup and the pickup I was sent to. Not only did you send me 21 miles furhter than where I selected, but you CHARGED me $11 for going over the mileage????????????? That is insane.
