I was directed where to drop off the trailer and immediately after I asked the rep if I need to check it in somewhere he said no, I was done and walked away. I wasn't comfortable with that so I took a picture of the trailer in the lot just in case. The next a get a call from uhaul asking if I was going to bring the trailer back. Thankful I took the picture with the time of drop off.ANTHONY D.
Scott Fisher the customer service attendant needs to be retrained or fired. He put my 8 yr old grandson and myself in a 3 brdroom truck that had exposed faulty wiring. I showed him the active faulty wiring in the emergency break area and his response was, "just don't touch it", you will be fine, just don't touch it. We left and after the torrential rain Friday evening to Saturday morning, when I got in to start the van, it was dead, and their was dampness in the sun visor area and a lot of moisture on the floor. Scott caused me to lose moving help that I hired to work with the move. After having to wait 45 minutes for roadside, the team I hired left. Also, there was a better truck on the unhaul lot when I arrived on Friday at 4pm and I asked Scott about that van and he lied to me and said, the only van he had was the unsafe van. Scott's attitude when I returned with the van was appalling. He said, nothing happened to you....I can only take $40 off, that's the best I can do. Now grant it...I never mentioned a discount, I WAS MORE CONCERNED THAT SCOTT UNDERSTOOD HOW HE JEOPARDIZED MY GRANDSON AND MY SAFETY NY SENDING US OUT IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE.....KNOWINGLY SENDING A 65 SENIOR CITIZEN, FEMALE AND A SMALL CHILD. U-Haul owes me more than $40....this experience made me never want to use uhaul ever again. BUT THANK GOD FOR THESE PEOPLE'S CARE AND CONCERN WHEN I RETURNED WITH THE VEHICLE: JUSTIN HOWARD, SHELIA COTTRELL & DARIUS HUNTER. They were all caring, concerned, professional and totally apologetic for all we had experienced by Scott Fisher's inept and no caring actions. I am still devastated and still am having extreme mental tiredness and exhaustion from what I experienced. I pray to God that UHAUL CORPORATE disciplines Scott Fisher, retrain Scott Fisher or release him of his duties if he cannot understand how he put 2 lives at risk. Ms. LindenIRIS L.

I don't even know where to begin. I was there for close to three hours. The customer service was horrendous. While an associate was, his name was Brendan was helping hitch a dolly to my uHaul, he left to go work on something. 20 minutes later I go look for him and he's in their break room gossiping about nothing work-related. I would not recommend this location to another person.Luke B.

The general manager, a white male, I can't remember his name,. Appeared angry, short tempered, and a real but hole. For no reason he was rude and spoke with an aggressive tone. Regardless, I kept my emotions in check to pickup my truck. I didn't have time for a fight at that point, people were waiting for me.BARBARA W.
