Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSandy is great. She assisted every step of the way.
John BThe reservation was for a 9am mobile self check in. Arrived at 9am and the lock and key was not setup for me to use the self check in. The store didn’t open until 10am. I caught an uber to the store but because nothing was setup propoerly, i had to stand outside for a hour until customer service was able to find a manager at a different location to drive to me and let me in. The truck was FILTHY. So filthy that the manager commented that the trucks are usually in better condition and kept apologizing. Horrible experience.
