Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou can put the rented equipment i ordered in the trailer! I ordered a furniture dolly and moving blankets, when i picked up the truck neither of my rented items where there. I needed the truck early so i am thankful that i was able to pick this truck up at 7am but moving would have been so much easier if i had the equipment i reserved with the truck.
Jason GAll is Well
Willie SI have rented Uhaul s from this location three times since January. The owner of the location is never there when I arrive and the doors are locked. One time he was so late, I actually had to call Uhaul to figure out where he was. Finally He showed up 20 minutes late. He said his car wouldn’t start. He was late the next time as well. This time he had a note on the door saying “Back soon.” Another customer and I waited 15 minutes for him to open the door. Also, I was charged a cleaning fee for no reason. The truck was swept and there was no trash in it. Finally, the truck is not in good shape and needs to be serviced. It groans and whines and makes all kinds of noises like it’s getting ready to give out at any moment.
