Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey need to listen to the customer and provide customer service, the woman was on the phone speaking in another language. She was very rude and dismissive. I had done the entire reservation online. She made me go through everything again and waste my time. Everything I said she would refute. She tried to cancel everything and charge differently. When I refused she got upset! When I was able to finally finish the process, over 1 hour later she handed me the keys and did not give me any futher instructions, not even where the truck was actually located 2 streets over from the actual place. It was a horrible experience and I will NEVER go back there.
Sharen LYou scammed
Anthony NNot allow them to do mobile check in because the location staff said they do not do mobile check ins even though it isn’t listed on the site. Because of this I was set back over three hours :/
JADA MKeep being polite. And meeting the customer needs.
