Once we made contact with this location they were helpful. The staff at this location both work at other full time jobs, therefore setting a pick up time required several phone calls. We ordered packing blankets with the order, the location staff had to go to another location to obtain the needed blankets. Once we found the location and were at site we had to call the staff to complete the pick up. Once the staff was on site they were very congenial, kind and helpful. Maybe just at sign off the condition of the Nation during Covid - 19 but this staff is using U-Haul as a second source of income, thus the conditions listed above.
