Michelle FI had to dig the truck out of the snow, clean it off, and un freeze the doors. I forgot to get a hand truck. Wanted to add one. The guy wouldn't do it. He didn't have enough blankets that I ordered. The engin oil was low, i had to buy oil for the truck. the washer fluid was empty. I had to buy that too. And the truck made a knocking noise. I was afraid and stressed out the whole trip thinking it was going to break down. O shared my experience with my 900 friends on Facebook. I would never want sombody to have that stress on a move.
