Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck I reserved was not available and they offered me a different one for the same price but after I dropped the vehicle off they charged me more that I was told.
Jesus GHelp staff understand the software and how to rent out uhauls better, the guy helping me didn’t get any of my info for my reservation and handed me the key and said good to go, I used to work at a Uhaul and I knew there was alot more info he needed which I luckily mentioned and he’s like “oh shoot you’re right I need your licence info” so clearly they are not very well trained in this department and had to get someone else to come help him which took about an hour for him to show up
Austin BAbsolutely perfect in all aspects, thanks Uhaul!
