Upon getting our truck and getting home with it we found a combination lock on the back door called in and the store was so confused. The worker was very nice and apologetic, but it took 3 calls back and forth as he had to call other people to find out the combination. Which was over a half hour of our time trying to figure this out. Ended up being last people who did after hours drop off put itnon and weren't suppose to. There was no dolly available. Just the whole situation wasn't ideal. Parker said he'd talk to the boss about getting me a discount but ubhavent heard anything. I'd really appreciate someone getting back to me

Cheryl LNothing for this location. Easy and convenient. Only issue was the mage was incorrect on the vehicle. Your website needs to be updated for locations. We used your one way service. The drop off location in Allentown that we selected ahead of time no longer participates with U-Haul. The next closest location does not participate with one way drop off. The third location we found on your site did receive our drop off of the truck. It was very stressful and took an extra hour and a half to resolve. Our day was already packed and exhausting. U-Haul needs to update their site to correctly reflect its vendors. The app was also very glitchy.
