Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe were in a bad bind and needed a truck right away. First place we went (our drop off). Went out of their way to find the most affordable place for pickup even though loosing money themselves. When we arrived at the pickup destination we could not have been greeted any kinder. Transaction was fast and very friendly. Drop off place was overly kind. Both places a definite plus for the company.
David JThe person helping went out of her way to help. Your Website is terrible. I was kicked out of my phone 2x. The phone was loaded with extra add ons that did not load onto a screen. Your had to scroll and search to get to the next screens. Would not let me past entering my birthday. 35minutes later. Went to a computer and started to enter, however the lady called and said she could see the rental.' When I got there the application was not complete. You kept my old drivers license from another state- why do you keep this information? The out of state license now required two references. Finding two references, sitting in 95deg heat, for a trailer for a 6hr rental is ridiculous. Even though I had my current state ID- for 6yrs- your website had us jumping through hoops.
John BCourteous and easy.
Steven SThere was not any personal available it was just a parking lot. The lady that I spoke with was just answering the phone calls. She was very good with the phone but didn't know how to unload the car hauler and there was no else available.
