My dolly and furniture dolly was not in the truck. They are closed on Sundays. Fortunately, whole waiting on the phone to talk to Uhaul, the proprietor's dad randomly arrived and was able to get be what I needed. What a blessing from God

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTerrible experience. Franchisee seemed to be irritated, Gas station customers were more important and he reiterated that more than once such that we were an hour late leaving the location because he wouldn't help us. THEN the equipment was not maintained and the wiring to the brake lights were not working. Tail brake lights missing are DANGEROUS. We got it repaired after going to a Wal Mart and then a second UHaul location.
Roger SI ran into issues with dropping off trailer on uhaul end
MATTHEW MAgent could not speak much English and had no real idea how to do a drop off, just a gas station clerk
