Delete this location or instruct the people who work here to be a bit more helpful and more professional. Screaming at me from across the parking lot is not a good plan. That will not get the reaction from me that you want. They were absolutely useless. I would give zero stars if possible. The absolute WORST uhaul experience in my 50 year life. I am a US Marine and have used Uhaul for over 30 years and this one was the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and go to a regular Uhaul location where the staff is regulated and monitored. These folks have not got a single clue except how to behave poorly and treat people like crap.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt's a gas station. Not a dedicated uhaul location. I didn't select it either. I was moved to that spot
Chadrick HThis location was a convenience store. The employee was by herself running the store and trying to handle the return. Crazy!
