I was sent the wrong location to pick uo the UHaul. When we arrived to pick up the UHaul at the wrong location there was no record of my reservation. After some calling around we were told to go to this location. When we arrived the attendant was absent. We then went back to the first location only to find that they had found our reservation. When we went to hook up the trailer the wiring did not work for the signal lights. We then had to go back to the this location. By this time the attendant was present. He also had our reservation. It was all very confusing. He hooked up the trailer and at first the signals did not work. After some cleaning of the wires etc the signals did work. This whole ordeal took well over an hour. The trailer had to be swept out and it did smell like smoke.
