I rented a dolly and blankets and when I arrived, these items were not available nor was I called and informed about this ahead of time.

Robert ZLocation was fine but the rental process was terrible. I rented a dolly, never got one. The instructions stated to leave the lock at the facility before we left but never mentioned where to leave it. And trying to get my spouse as an additional driver was a headache. No smooth process.
