It’s always a pain. It’s a gas station. Customer is coming in. Took an hour to get the paperwork done hard to understand how to ask him to repeat it 20 times the trailer was dirty, but I was already in a hurry so I didn’t bother taking pictures it’s the third time it’s been like that I will not return.

TODD BHave someone behind the counter that can run your system and guide the customer through correctly. Have equipment that is usable and doesnt endanger customers.
Steven PThe drop off process was very inadequate, the website was down and I was alerted 2 days later I did not return the vehicle, even though I returned it after only 3 hours of use, well within the time I rented it for. I was very frustrated with the service rep I spoke to on the phone. The drop off location person was helpful but the service rep did not help me at all. The disorganization was stressful.
Aiva BThe employee did not know how to work the computer. I did fast check in and it took him an hour to get me the rental and then 50 min this morning to return it . It was terrible service !!
