Great experience...no need to adjust
Steve CThe cab was dirty and the passenger side view mirror was broken, Also when I called about air leaking from the front right tire my phone call was not returned.
Donald WThis location was easy to use but they should update to indicate the majority of their rental vehicles are not in Indiana PA proper. Most are out by Clymer. The trucks are clean and up to date which is much better than many U-Haul trucks. But, at their country location on 286, your phone's data may be stressed. It might be best to book when a real human can check you in. I think my rental equipment was top notch, check in was tedious and impeded by slower data rates in the country, and they could up their game having human employees on the weekends. Still, my truck was clean and well maintained, and drop off was easy. Could be worse. It just isn't easy. Don't bother reporting to the Water St. Location... The app will direct you out by Airport Rd on 286.
Peter BCharged me 32 for a few gallons of gas. Requested Tom and Bev in Indiana pushed me to this location. UHaul is getting worse by the day….
