If there were an option for zero stars I would have chosen it. I rented a truck from this location as it was the only one near me that had a 20' truck. I needed to pick it up prior to this location opening at 10:00. I set up my pick-up for 8:30. When I arrived, I got on the app and stated my pick-up. Everything was going great until I went to the lockbox to pick-up the keys. The incorrect keys were in the lockbox. I called U-haul and they were able to help me open the other lockboxes to see if the keys for my truck were just in the wrong box. They were not and I had to return after the location opened. I showed up at 10:00 and the only employee at the location was on the phone. He didn't say "I'll be with you in just a moment" or anything. He just looked at me like I had two heads. After another 5 minutes of waiting I just told him I needed the keys to my truck, which I had already figured out were hanging on the wall. I finally got them and was on my way. Upon returning the truck. I approached the counter and handed the same man my keys. He didn't really say anything to me just gave me a blank look and after a few minutes I just left. The name of this location is JB Multiple Services LLC. The multiple services include a grocery store and what looks like a less than reputable massage parlor. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! After my experience I looked at the other reviews. I can 100% see women being concerned for their safety at this location. This place is dirty and unwelcoming. In the future, I will drive out of my way to rent from another location. Hope this review saves someone else from renting from this location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was not my location that I prefer to drop off. A representative from U-Haul contacted me to see if I can drop it off at a different location. Unfortunately, I agreed to do that.
Eddie FAggressive, escalatory, and demanding from first interaction - specifically the employee INSISTED I back the large 20 ft truck into a tight space AFTER I parked it already. After a brief argument about liability of me parking to his specs, he became more hostile, and in fact menacing with his "mad-dog" stare down....UNACCEPTABLE. Neither me nor my elderly mom felt safe with this person.
Chuck ROwner left and I had to wait an hour and a half for him. Could not get the app to work. When returned, had to call uhaul for help because the starting mileage was jacked up and I couldn’t complete my return. Entire process was a very bad experience
Angela BTerrible communication, disgusting environment, literally needs board of health called on them.
