Rental process went smoothly. Equipment was in top condition.
Wade BI chose this location and Sat 9am pickup time because it was supposed to be open at 9am on Saturdays. It was NOT open, which forced me to use the self-check online. The truck did NOT have the appliance dolly I ordered, which required me to add miles by stopping at a Menards to rent a dolly. Be open the hours you say. And have a sign on the door that is supposed to be the office. Uhaul - Fix your APP. Your customer service line is wonderfully staffed by agents who do their best. I spent over 90 minutes trying to pick up a truck, which then put me over one hour trying to complete the process on both the app and on the website.
Lucinda NMy initial reservation was cancelled due to arriving late caused by a family medical emergency. The folks at The Royal Inn did absolutely nothing to help me find another truck. They said “sorry” and walked away. I had to find another truck at another location. The mobile check in was frustrating since the app wouldn’t load the required pictures.
Patrick HI have had a few experiences with U-Haul dealers that tried to charge for any and everything they could, but this dealer on Country Club Rd in Indianapolis was very honest and accommodating right from the start! If needed, I will definitely do business with him again and will definitely recommend him to anyone needing to rent from U-Haul.
