The app glitched in the middle of picking up my truck and my reservation was canceled and your wait times were almost an hour for customer service assistance

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisKatie and Dale were amazing! Make sure to give them their $20
Omar OTrim the thistle bushes, the required picture of the back of the truck license plate in pouring rain caused me to be covered in thistle hair so bad I couldn’t turn my head. Took 2hours to get them out of my hair, had over 100 stuck to my whole body. Horrible experience. Van was great, staff great but location has horrible parking and weeds that attack!!!!
Monica WLooking forward to renting from them next time I need a UHaul!!
CHRISTOPHER WShame on you for treating your long-term customers in this opportunistic manner. You have arbitrarily raised my rent twice for no apparent reason other than greed. I am searching for other facilities.
