The equipment was not up to safety standards, strap was tore in half and the employee had to make it work with ratchet straps. I was also then thinking the gentleman was friendly until he used racist language not at me but in a conversation right before I left. The truck had issues right where it was going to be dropped off but still had to move into a storage and drive to get gas before returning. I was charged for the gas that I could not even go in get because the power steering was out. Just a mess of a situation for sure.

David RVery disappointed…Had to go 65 miles to pick up trailer the next day due to no trailer at rental location, I booked 3 weeks before pickup, received a call from U-Haul and we agreed on $70 for a new rental agreement and when picked up was charged $102. Trailer Jack handle was busted. Very disappointing, with today’s technology this should have not happed, I believe they over booked their equipment and make there customers figure it out at a discounted rate.
