Was not told I need to pick up the dolly from the office. I am 54 and female I was expected to lift it in the truck. I have rented multiple U-Haul's and they are always strapped in the truck. Where is your customer service? It was on this past Saturday and the guy did not care. So I had no dolly for my movers to use. You need helpful staff.

The people at BC Tools were excellent!!! The service was good and friendly. I had an original pick up at Hal Grier Blvd in Huntington WV or so I thought. When I made the reservation, it was for out of my area. So, I i explained that well, when I was speaking with the man who made the original reservation for me. However, he made the pickup at Grayson KY. Why, I do not know. When I arrived at Huntington the lady working the counter was obviously having a rough day as she told me forcefully that she didn't have a dolly and she couldn't get me one. Didn't even look on the computer. I'm guessing she knew the inventory at other locations well! Got back on the phone with reservations and got a regional manager. I had to get the dolly at the next closest location, which was BC Tools 30 minutes away. I did finally get to rent my dolly and I got an entire 25 bucks off my rental. For all my troubles. Yep, I think they should have waived the meer 75 for my run around too. If it wasn't for the nice young lady at BC, I probably wouldn't use u-haul again. - disgruntled. Thanks again to the young lady at BC! U-haul, if your team really takes time read these as they should. I think you owe that young lady a gift card for a nice family dinner out!! She knows customer service better than most. -Disappointed in U-haul

I waited 2 days on a large truck (26 FT.) When arrived I was given a 15 ft. truck. Made for miserable move. I wanted to rent a u haul box for 1 month. Was told on Tuesday Oct 9 that they didn't have trailer to haul box but would have it next day. Called on Wednesday Oct. 10th and was told it would be delivered on Friday Oct. 12th. Called and no trailer, I cancelled box. Didn't care that they made my move horrible and lied about trailers. They had trailers next to boxes so not sure why they couldn't use one of them, and why they never got a trailer. Very poor customer service. U haul is not represented very well there. Will never use this company or u haul again. This service was so poor I had to write review. Thank you.

Recognize that most customers who are renting uhuals are most likely moving, and are therefore undergoing large amounts of stress. Being slow, and unattentive does not make moving any easier and actually added to the stress of the move.

Got pulled over in Ohio found the state cops because I had no lights on the trailer. We went back and checked it out and the harness was in two pieces. I showed you my just rented it and I rewired it right then and there on the highway. tore it apart and redid it. The cop was cool and let me go
