My problem is not with the service I received from the Supplier ( New Myna ) my issue is with Uhaul and with returning equipment early not receiving a refund. That is unacceptable.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI called for the extra mileage cost and was lied to. They told me .62 cent a mile no added taxes but charged me 1 dollar plus taxes. Either the employee was a total liar or did not know his job. Other moving company charge .25 cent an extra mileage. Piss poor appreciation for our business.
Donald SStaff not prepared, missing items, no walk through done, and staff was un-knowledgeable.
Denise GFamiliar store therefore inviting. Altercation with drop off locations. Hard time getting refunded for the deposit
Sebastien lTook over 2 hours to finish the paperwork to get the equipment. They couldn’t find the online reservation, ended up creating a whole new one for about double the price and told us to have to call headquarters to get it solved. Then once it was done, the trailer was parked on a lawn and was very difficult to hook up when having to drive over a curb to get it. The truck also had below 1:8 of a tank of gas, and the paperwork stated 1/4. Overall started our 9 hour drive 3 hours behind schedule due to all of these issues.
