AC was down, check engine light. Contact number not operational. Met staff in person the next day and they were super supportive. Just that they are provided with limited resources. A truck that was supposed to be on repair was rented out to me.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis location does not have the trained and appropriate staff to be renting UHaul equipment. I do not blame the location employees, I blame UHaul for not requiring the proper personnel on-site. The employee was only trained to do one thing….take your money.
Phillip AAbsolutely nothing
yvonne mWe dropped off on Memorail Day, so there was no personnel to address.
John EThis was just a drop off location. Lighting was good but could have had better instructions onsite or even online as to site specific instructions.
