The Uhaul office / window is not clearly marked. I used the web, not the app and I walked around the building for a few minutes looking for an entrance, when the location only uses an unmarked service window that looks like every other window at the location. It would be useful to have a sign with Uhaul branding to indicate where to pick up & drop off keys.

Ajb II am always skeptical of U-Haul. Not a fan of mandatory download and no assistance onsite; but the gentlemen at this location was both attentive and supportive.
