I did not get my deposit back immediately and was not told about it until after it was taken from my bank account. I was not impressed. Still waiting on the deposit ba k actually.

Make sure equipment is well maintained, improve quality of locks, make sure the correct key is in the assigned box, ensure correct key is available for assigned truck

STEVEN C.I returned the unit with approximately the same amount of fuel that we left with, right around a quarter tank and you charged me over 50 dollars for 11 gallons. My reviews here and other places will obviously cost you more than 50 dollars, that was stupid. We brought the truck back a day early too. You threw away a series of good reviews over nothing, losing money doing so.
Neil C.The return instructions on the website were confusing. It said both “miles traveled†and “mileage shown on the odometer,†which are two different things. When I entered the miles on the odometer it put a decimal point where it shouldn't be (the truck had about 15 000 miles on it). Overall my experience was very good though!
